Refund and Replacement Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards are not eligible for return.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for any reason not due to our error or shipping, will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please double-check your bank account.

You should also contact your credit card company and/or your bank to verify that the refund has not been delayed due to their processing time.

Sale Items

Sale items will be refunded at the sale price.

Replacing Items

We only replace items that are defective due to our error or damaged in shipping. If you need an item replaced, send an email to liberatingwood@gmail.com. After obtaining proof of the defect or damage, we will discuss how best to replace your item.

Custom/Made-to-Order Items

Custom and Made-to-Order items are not eligible for refund. If there is a defect or error on our part, or the item is damaged in shipping, we will replace the item after obtaining proof of the error, defect, or damage.
